Reservations
- Taking reservationsHow a booking reaches you, what each status means, and the one setting that decides whether guests confirm themselves or wait for you.
- Capacity, slots and party sizesThe five settings that decide what a guest is offered on your booking page — and which of them to leave alone.
- Sections and tablesBuilding your room: sections, per-table seat counts, who sits where, and reading tonight as turns and sellable gaps.
- The waitlistTaking a name when the room is full, what the estimated wait is and is not, and why nobody gets called automatically.
- Asking guests how it wentOne email after the visit, an answer that stays with you, and why the public-review link is shown to everyone regardless of what they scored you.
- Running service from a phoneThe same admin, adapted: where the navigation goes, what changes at each width, and the one thing that behaves differently on a small screen.

Private events
- Setting up private eventsCreate a chef's table, tasting night or buyout, hold seats while you decide, and keep your dining room from being double-booked.
- Event prices are display-onlytablesat never takes your guests' money. The price on an event page is information, the way a menu price is — payment stays between you and your guest.
